Ingredients For Soruchakli pitha recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak urad dal for 4hours and make a paste. Mix it with rice flour. Add salt and water. Make a watery paste.
  • 2. Take a nonstick pan, heat it, brush it with oil.
  • 3. Add one big spoon full of that battter and spread it evenly such that the pitha turns very thin.
  • 4. Cover for 30sec on low flame. Open the lid, carefully take it out from pan with a spatula. Follow the same for rest batter.
  • 5. Enjoy it with nolen gur or any side dish.
