Methods
  • 1. Grate the cheese.
  • 2. Wash and chop spinach. and blanch it
  • 3. In a kneading bowl,mix wheat flour,spinach,curd,carom seeds onion seeds,one tbsp clarified butter and salt.
  • 4. Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
  • 5. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 6. Divide the dough into balls and roll out,spread the grated cheese and cover with other chapati and roll out.
  • 7. On a heated pan,make parathas applying clarified butter both the sides.
  • 8. Once both the sides are cooked and golden brown in color.
  • 9. Serve hot.
