Ingredients For Sprout Khichdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Put cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and onion. Sauce it and add sprouts and then add salt,black pepper, mint and coriander.
  • 2. Add rice to this. Add thrice more water to it. Put the lid and off the flame in 2 whistle.
  • 3. Sprinkle the ghee in khichdi and Serve the sprout khichdi with sprout salad, curd and chutney.
