Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Put cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and onion. Sauce it and add sprouts and then add salt,black pepper, mint and coriander.

Add rice to this. Add thrice more water to it. Put the lid and off the flame in 2 whistle.

Sprinkle the ghee in khichdi and Serve the sprout khichdi with sprout salad, curd and chutney.
