Strawberry Kheer in Edible Cups Recipe

This is my own innovation, that i made for my son as he dosent like kheer, so i added strawberry flavor to the kheer and served in an edible cup with chocolate flavour, so let's start how to make.

Recipe Notes

Do not add strawberry syrup in kheer while boiling, it may curdle

Methods
  • 1. First grind Marie biscuits into a fine powder and then add butter and chocolate syrup into it and mix it well
  • 2. Now put thus mixture into a mini pie mould and press to set
  • 3. With the same manner fill all the pies mould and keep them into refrigerator to set
  • 4. Now keep the milk To boil on slow flame when comes to a boil add rice in it
  • 5. Boil the milk till it reduced to 3/4 of its quantity and rice becomes soft
  • 6. When rice cooked properly, add sugar in to it
  • 7. When it's done, keep the kheer aside to cool
  • 8. Add strawberry syrup and fry fruits into it andkeep into fridge to chill
  • 9. Take out the pie mould from the fridge, and demould it
  • 10. Serve chilled kheer into these edible cups, serve with glazed chertues and dry fruits
