Ingredients For SWEET MANGO RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash peel and chop mango properly.
  • 2. Heat a pan add sugar and vinegar and bring to boil and stirring till sugar dissolves.
  • 3. Add mango pieces,onion,garlic cloves,mustard seeds and raisins.
  • 4. Add red chilly powder and simmer the flame.
  • 5. Cook well till it gets thick.
  • 6. Serve chilled.
