When roasting on has make sure good black color comes near the endss. Serve with coconut chutney for authentic taste

Ingredients For Tandoori Idli with chhole masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat 4 tbsp mustard oil in a pan, and cook 2 tbsp besan until brown.
  • 2. Take 3 tbsp of curd, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, tumeric, gamar masala, black salt, black pepper, chaat masala, bhunaa besan, red colour, kitchen king , chhole masala and kasuri methi.
  • 3. Cut idli's in quaters and veggies in dices. Mix idlis and veggies in the prepared curd paste and smoke it for 10 minutes using heated charcoal.
  • 4. Line them into skewers, and roast on the gas stove or saute in a non stick pan! Enjoy!
