THANDAI ROSE PANNACOTTA RECIPE

With the most major and vibrant festival of India is colourful Holi . This festival of sharing love and fun . PANNACOTTA means cooked cream in Italian it includes very few ingredients and is basically a simple mixture of cream , sugar , vanilla and gelatin . But as because it's a colourful festival so I make little twist and it is super yummmmmmm .

Recipe Notes

Panna cotta should be creamy and jiggle slightly . Too much gelatin will make your panna cotta taste like hard boiled egg .

Ingredients For THANDAI ROSE PANNACOTTA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Mix gelatin with 5 tbsp hot water and mix well
  • 2. In a heavy bottom, pan set over medium heat to bring milk , sugar , cream to a simmer .
  • 3. When milk is boiled add milkmaid and stir it .
  • 4. Now add in the thandai powder and let it get fully combined .
  • 5. Once combined ,take the pan off heat add the strain of gelatin mix and stir continuously .
  • 6. Now separate the mixture into two bowels one is mix vanilla extract and other then is rose syrup and rose essence .
  • 7. Now pour it over vanilla mix mixture into a panna cotta mould and chill for 30 minutes .
  • 8. Make sure the thandai layer is set , then gently spoon the rose mix on top . Wrap and freeze to set completely .
  • 9. Serve and enjoy panna cotta as a dessert of the colourful festival .
