Ingredients For Tok Jhal Hilsa Fish Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Fry the fish with a little salt and turmeric power
  • 2. Then in a pot, fry fish, salt, tumeric power, lemon juice, sliced green chili with 1 tsp of mustard oil and mix it very well. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Then ignite the gas. Stir in the dried chili paste with black cumin and mustard paste in the fried fish oil.
  • 4. Then after boiling it a little with 1/2 water,stir in the marinated fish,reduce the gas with lid and boil for 7 minutes.
  • 5. Serve it
