Wash and chop tomatoes and carrots. Heat clarified butter in a pressure cooker add tomato, carrot,ginger and onion and three cup of water and cook for ten minutes.

Once cooled blend in the blender and strain it. Heat a pan add soup and salt and bring to boil.

Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add into the soup and cook for five minutes. Turn off the flame and black pepper powder and fresh cream garnish with coriander leaves.
