Ingredients For Tuar Dal Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl take Dal, rinse well and soak for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Transfer it in a pressure cooker. Add tomato, ginger, garlic , turmeric , salt and 1.5 cup water.
  • 3. Pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles. Let it cool.
  • 4. Transfer it in a blending jar. Blend it.
  • 5. Heat a wok. Add blending Dal mixture , kali mirch and water as per needed.
  • 6. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes or until the flavours are well absorbed.
  • 7. Soup is ready . Serve hot.
