Ingredients For Turai Curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel turai. Wash it and chop it into pieces. Chop the onion, tomato , green chilli and coriander leaves.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a wok add cumin seeds. When it starts crackle add chopped onion and green chilli. Saute it on low heat.
  • 3. Add tomato , turmeric, black pepper powder, salt and cumin powder. Saute it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 4. Add chopped turai. Mix it well. Add 2 tbsp water. Cover the wok with lid. Cook it on low medium heat till it becomes little thick and soft.
  • 5. Turn of the flame. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  • 6. Transfer it in serving bowl. Serve with roti/ rice.
