Methods
  • 1. at first in a bowl put all the vegetables...add 2 table spoon cornflour ...2 tab spoon maida salt ginger garlic paste 1 finally chopped onion..and mix it very well if required mix little quantity water
  • 2. this batter prepared should be soft dough not liquid.
  • 3. heat a pan ...pour refined for deep fry ...keep in low flame...make small balls in prepared dough in equally section..
  • 4. after that put ball in refined pan for fry one by one cook it till brown...takout in plate...
  • 5. now take other pan ...add 2 to 3 spoon oil...add I finally chopped garlic saute it few seconds add onion saute it till light pink..add all the sauces mix well..
  • 6. add two spoon cornflour with water mix well...add it in pan...after 2 minutes add vegetables balls...cook 1 min...add azinomoto and paper powder mix well
  • 7. sprinkle green onion....ready for eat tangy manturian
