at first in a bowl put all the vegetables...add 2 table spoon cornflour ...2 tab spoon maida salt ginger garlic paste 1 finally chopped onion..and mix it very well if required mix little quantity water

this batter prepared should be soft dough not liquid.

heat a pan ...pour refined for deep fry ...keep in low flame...make small balls in prepared dough in equally section..

after that put ball in refined pan for fry one by one cook it till brown...takout in plate...

now take other pan ...add 2 to 3 spoon oil...add I finally chopped garlic saute it few seconds add onion saute it till light pink..add all the sauces mix well..

add two spoon cornflour with water mix well...add it in pan...after 2 minutes add vegetables balls...cook 1 min...add azinomoto and paper powder mix well

sprinkle green onion....ready for eat tangy manturian
