Ingredients For Veg. Egg curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly grate the paneer. In a bowl add half quantity of grated paneer, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and a pinch of salt. Mix nicely. Make small round balls like egg yolk.
  • 2. In an another bowl take remaining grated paneer, corn flour and A pinch of salt. Knead at least 2-3 minutes or till paneer becomes very smooth.
  • 3. Divide it into 5-6 portion. Roll each ball In disc shape. Keep 1 ball in your palm and flatten it. Put yellow ball in the center and cover From all sides.
  • 4. Roll it in your palm and give it in a egg shape. Make all paneer eggs like this.
  • 5. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all paneer eggs on low flame. Fry till golden brown from all sides. Remove from oil and keep it in a plate. When paneer eggs cool down, cut it into halves and keep aside.
  • 6. Now in a grinder Add chopped onions and tomatoes and grind. Make a smooth Paste.
  • 7. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Add bay leaf , cloves, cinnamon stick and cumin seed. When it's crackled add onion- tomato paste and saute.
  • 8. Add green chili and ginger- garlic paste and saute on medium flame. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder and garam masala powder and mix.
  • 9. Add little water so that masala do not burn. Saute till it releases oil. Add water according to the consistency of the gravy you like. Boil the gravy for 8-10 minutes On medium flame.
  • 10. After almost done add fenugreek leaves and mix. Remove from heat. In a serving dish pour hot gravy and place paneer eggs.
  • 11. Vegetable eggs curry is ready to serve. Serve hot with rice or naan garnish with coriander leaves.
