Ingredients For Veg Hariyali Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blend coriander leaves, half of onion, garlic & green chillies in a mixer. Keep the paste aside.
  • 2. Heat oil in the pan. Add finely chopped garlic, and saute a minute
  • 3. Add chopped onions. Saute until its color changes to light pink.
  • 4. Add blended paste & mix well. Cook till the oil separates.
  • 5. Add garam masala, salt and kitchen king masala to it.
  • 6. Add blanched vegetables and paneer. Mix well and bring to boil. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium flame.
  • 7. Add a dash of cream. Veg Haryali is ready to serve.
