Take a pan add oil along with chopped ginger garlic. Now take spring rolls pastry sheets and place spoonful of prepared stuffing ,Pull and fold over the corner tightly till it reaches half the sheet,Fold over sides like envelope leaving no air pockets create crease and roll further. ,At last apply all purpose flour paste around the corner and seal the edges ,Deep fry the spring roll. Fry it till they turn golden brown ,Take them out on absorbent paper. ,Do the plating and serve the crispy veg spring roll with sweet chilli sauce or tomato sauce.

Saute it and add spring onions saute it for a minute.

Add shredded carrot and cabbage saute them.

Now add sugar,Chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt saute it well, add corn paste mix it well keep it aside.
