  • 1. Fry soji till aromatic
  • 2. Heat oil & add mustard, jeera,urid dhal, channa dhal, green chillies & curry leaves
  • 3. Add onions, veggies & sautĂ© for few minutes
  • 4. Add vangibath masala & salt
  • 5. Add 3.5 cups water
  • 6. Allow to boil
  • 7. Once veggies become soft,reduce flame & add soji continuously stirring to avoid lumps
