Methods
  • 1. First boil the rice noodles, and keep it aside.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom pan, pour in water, then add in the veggies, and let it boil for 45 minutes to an hour.
  • 3. Once done, strain the broth, and keep it aside.
  • 4. Now take a pan, pour in some oil, add in the chopped veggies, followed by some seasoning. and saute it for a while, until it turns soft.
  • 5. Take a soup bowl, place some boiled noodles, followed by sauteed veggies, pouring in some vegetable broth.
  • 6. Vegetable thukpa is ready to eat.Consume it steaming hot.
