Sabse pahele ek nonstick me ghee gram kare or usme rava /suji ko gulabi hone tak bhun le. Or fir isko side par rakhe.ab Pani ko BHI garam Karne rakhe. Dusari side pe ek bartan me oil garam kare or fir isme udaad Dal, Rai(sarso ke bij), carry pata,LAL sukhi mirch or Hari mirch Ka tadka lagaye

Fir jab udad Dal thodi LAL ho Jaye tab isme pyaz Jo chote tukdo me cut Kar ke rakhe he vo add Kar dijye. Fir isme namak add kijye or pyaz ko thoda narm ho Jaye tab tak pakye. Ab isme ALU , gajar, matar or corn Dal Kar isko Sabi sabjiya Pak Jaye tab tak dhiri aach par pakaye.

Fir last me capsicum add kijye or 2 se 3 minit tak Shimla mirch ko BHI pakaye fir isme bhuna hua rava add kijye or sab mix Kar ke 5 minit tak pakaye. Fir isme gram Pani milaye or dhyan rakhe ki rava me gutliya na ban Jaye . Fir isme nimbu Ka ras milaye or 2 minit pakne dijye.

2 minit baad isme malai BHI add kijye or malai Achi Tarah se mix ho Jaye tab tak isko pakaye or fir gas bandh Kar dijye or isko dhaniya paati se saja Kar garama gram serve kare. .
