Ingredients For Vermicelli Kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Fry dryfruits in ghee and keep it aside. Add cardamom, bayleaf, wait for 15-20sec to get the nice aroma.
  • 2. Add vermicelli and fry till it is golden in color. Add milk and brink it to boil.
  • 3. Boil for 15min in low flame and stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
  • 4. When it becomes thick, add sugar, condense milk, dry fruits. Mix it well.
  • 5. Cook for another 5min and turn off the gas, let it cool completely. Serve.
