Methods
  • 1. In a bowl put mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and salt whisk together until you get a smooth texture.
  • 2. Chop the apple in dices and roughly Chop the walnut,cashew, and raisins. Cut the grapes into two and all of them in the mayo mixture.
  • 3. Chill it until ready to serve.
  • 4. Before serving take a plate and place a lettuce for the bedding and put the salad on top of it.
  • 5. Garnish it with orange zest, nuts and shredded cabbage.
