Methods
  • 1. Take a a bowl and add wheat flour, ajwain, salt, ghee, water.
  • 2. And mix it well and make a dough of it
  • 3. Put it for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Then after 5 minutes make a big chapati of it
  • 5. And cut the small squares shape pieces from chapati
  • 6. Then put a pan on the gas flame and put the mustard oil in it and boil it for 5 minutes
  • 7. When the mustard oil get hot add the small square in it
  • 8. When they get lightly fry then get it out from the oil
  • 9. You are wheat namakpara is ready
