  • 1. Take a bowl and put wheat flour in it
  • 2. Then add suji in it and salt
  • 3. Then add water in it and make a dough of wheat flour
  • 4. Stay it for 5 minutes after making of dough
  • 5. Then make balls of dough and then make a small chapati of it
  • 6. And when put oil in the fry pan
  • 7. And the when oil get hot then fry the chapati in oil
  • 8. And when it get light brown then get out from the fry pan and your Puri is ready
