This is best for winter. It is very easy and flavoured royal recipe made with rice, vegetables and lot of dry fruits and raisins. Children love to eat.

Ingredients For Winter Special One pot “ SHAHI PULAV “

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee fry almonds ,cashews and paneer. Remove it in a plate.
  • 2. Wash and Soak the rice for 10 minutes.
  • 3. In a pressure cooker heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick, black pepper sauté it for seconds.
  • 4. Add onion, ginger ,green chilli and coriander seeds . Cook it until it becomes translucent. Add cauliflower, peas and carrot cook it for 4-5 minutes on low medium flame .
  • 5. Add salt, cumin powder and black pepper powder.
  • 6. Now add rice . Mix it . Add 1 and 3-4 glass water , raisins and lemon juice.
  • 7. Close the lid of pressure cooker. Cook for one whistle.
  • 8. Turn off the flame. Open the lid. Mix fried paneer and nuts.
  • 9. Transfer it in serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves and fried cashew.
  • 10. Serve hot.
