Weikfield corn flour is a gluten-free thickening agent. I use it in cutlets, desserts in thickening Manchurian gravy. It makes cutlets and pakodas crispy.I'm using weikfeild's cornflour for a long time.

Good product
Weikfield Cornflour is made from select maize and very fine flour with a milky white texture. It is used to thicken soups and gravies and in cooking Chinese food etc

It is just like any other corn starch. No bad smell or flavour. Only bad thing is it is costlier than others

The best thing about cornflour is that it is available in different sizes and is easily available in all supermarkets. The cornflour is quite smooth and gives good results just by adding a small portion to gravies ,soups or puddings

I use it as thickening agent in many puddings,icecreams,gravies,shakes,smoothies.its easily available everywhere at reasonable prices.i use it in making Punjabi gravies thick.its best cornflour .

All in one helper
Weikfield cornflour is all in one helper for me.it makes my dish extra special. It helps to make outer layer of kachori,samosa,very crispy and even best to make gravy,etc.
