First of all, clean and wash the rice well and keep it soaked in water for 15 minutes. Then boil water in a pot and then add rice. And boil till 80 percent, and take out all the water.

To make puree First of all, boil the spinach and cool it, now add spinach, onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic and cashews to the mixer grinder and make a paste.

Now spinach puree is ready. Now put oil in a pan and heat it, when the oil becomes slightly hot, take out the paneer pieces in the pan and roast them from both the sides until they turn light brown.

Now put cloves, black pepper, bay leaf, star spice, cardamom seeds, cashew nuts and cinnamon in the remaining butter and fry the spices lightly.

Now add finely chopped onion to it and fry it for half a minute. After this add peas and fry for half a minute.

Now put the spinach puree made in it and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Now add dry spices, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, Biryani masala and salt and mix it well. Then cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add boiled rice and mix it well and add fried paneer and cook it for 1-2 minutes while stirring it lightly.
