Methods
  • 1. Wash all the veggies and grate them.
  • 2. Heat butter in a pan,add ginger,garlic and spring onion and saute for one mins.
  • 3. Now add all veggies and cook for 4 - 5 mins.
  • 4. Add two cup of water and cook in a slow flame for 10 mins
  • 5. Add corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and mix in the soup pan.
  • 6. Add soy sauce,salt black pepper powder and vinegar and mix well.
  • 7. Boiled the rice noodles.
  • 8. Once cooled,fry the noodles until crispy.
  • 9. Pour the soup in the serving bowl and add fried rice noodles at the top and serve hot.
