1.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add bhindi / ladies finger and cook cover in a slow flame till tender. In other pan heat 2 tbsp oil.

Add Black mustard seeds,fennel seeds,onion seeds,fenugreek seeds/ methi seeds and asafoetida / hing to crackle. Add onion and stir fry for 1 - 2 minutes.

Add coriander powder,red chily powder,turmeric powder,roasted cumin seeds powder and 2 tbsp of water and mix well. Add tomato and curd and stir fry for 1 - 2 minutes.

Add fried bhindi / lady fingers,salt and sugar and cook for two to three minutes. Serve hot with rice.
