In a bowl, take rice flour,powderd Sugar, cardamom powder and make a dough with sufficient milk.

Make a soft dough. Cover and rest for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Make a small sized ball from rice flour dough. Covered with seaseme seeds and deep fry on medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour. Remove from oil and keep it in a plate. Serve hot.
