Firstly make a semi soft dough with the listed ingredients. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

In a bowl take cabbage, carrot, capsicum and add herbs, salt and pepper, momo masala and soy sauce to it. In 2 different bowls keep grated cheese and paneer. To the paneer add some salt.

Roll a small round out of roundels from the dough. Place the Vegetable stuffing and place cheese on top and form a shape of the momo. Repeat this step and instead of cheese add paneer.
4.
Now deep fry them until brown / steam for 8-10 minutes. I steamed paneer momos and fried the cheese ones.
