Ingredients For Barley Daliya / Payasam Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak barley in water for 5 hrs.
  • 2. cook barley in 3 cups of water for 10-15 min till they are soft
  • 3. now add jaggery powder ,grated coconut,cardamon powder in it and mix well
  • 4. sautĂ© almonds and cashews in ghee for 2 min transfer in hot barley payasam.
