Ingredients For Beetroot asparagus kale dim sum pan fried Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First to make a dough . Take maida into a bowl mix in salt well a pinch of baking powder and warm water to make a soft dough
  • 2. For stuffing .
  • 3. Pressure cook Beetroot and asparagus with salt .Now add 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce and 1/2 teaspoon vinegar .
  • 4. Mash well when cooled. Mix in flaxseed powder and mix well again.
  • 5. Blanch the kale and keep aside.
  • 6. Blanching is boil water with salt dip the kale in it and strain and immediately put it in cold water to retain colour .
  • 7. Now roll out the dough to small disc and place the Beetroot asparagus flaxseed stuffing bring the corners to the middle and seal it.
  • 8. Now keep a steamer ready and steam these dumpling ( rolled dough with stuffing).
  • 9. Steam for ten minutes
  • 10. Now once steamed cool take oil in a pan add dumplings and pan fry till crisp on the lower side.
  • 11. In the same pan place the blanched kale leaves and toss it.
  • 12. This will give is a shine.
  • 13. Red chilli sauce :
  • 14. First soak the dry chilli for half hour in hot water.
  • 15. Now grind it when cooled.
  • 16. Take a pan add oil red chilli paste,
  • 17. 1/2 teaspoon vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce and pinch of salt.
  • 18. Now place the dumpling on a plate garnish with kale and micro green .
  • 19. Serve with red chilli sauce and mustard sauce.
