Methods
  • 1. Firstly roughly cut all the vegetable and half boil it.
  • 2. Then take a pan and add little bit oil into it.
  • 3. Then add ginger and garlic for tempering ...after few minutes, add chopped onion.
  • 4. When the onion get into pink colour then add Tomato puree into it.
  • 5. Also add dry ingredients like Pav bhaji masala,degi mirch powder,salt.
  • 6. Then cook it well then add all the boiled vegetable and mash it with the help of madher.
  • 7. Cook well and in the last add fresh corriander leaves into it and serve
