It makes a wholesome healthy meal & can be loaded with the goodness of various veggies too. Here, I am sharing traditional Ghughri recipe made in maharashtrian households. Serve ghughri with green chutney or imli chutney, we preferably use Green mango chutney as it is the starting season of Mangoes.
If wheat grains, kala chana, fava beans, sorghum & peas are soaked overnight, they are easily cooked in less time within 30 mins & so. If you don't have any grain from the above ingredients, replace it with red gram (tur).
