At first make a mixture of suji, atta, pinch of salt, curd and beetroot paste. Cover it and keep rest for 10mins.

After 10mins take the mixture in a mixing bowl, add little water and blend it well.

In a mixing bowl, take boiled chana, chopped boiled potato, cucumber, tomato, onion, raw mango, salt, chatmasala, coriander leaves, pinch of salt and tomato sauce. Mix it well.

Heat a tawa now. Brush butter and pour one ladle of dosa batter. Spread it well with the help of the ladle . Cook it in medy flame.

When it will start to leave the sides of the pan then put some chana chat on one side of the dosa and then fold it.

Delicious chana chat dosa is ready to serve. Enjoy it with coconut chutney.
