Recipe Notes

Noodles should not be overcooked. For binding quantity of rice flour can be Used more or less. In place of Maggi noodles you can also use Hakka noodles. Adjust the spices and sauces as per your taste.

Ingredients For Crunchy Munchy Maggie Balls Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Crush the Maggi noodles and boil it with little water. Drain out all the water . Keep it under the fan for some time.
  • 2. Take a mixing bowl add Maggi noodles and corn flour, mix it.
  • 3. Add all the vegetables, salt , black pepper , rice flour and sauce.
  • 4. Mix all the things very well. Divide the mixture into equal parts.
  • 5. Make them ball shape.
  • 6. Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry all the balls on medium heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • 7. Serve hot with sauce and salad.
