Ingredients For CURD BHINDI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash bhindi / lady finger properly.Cut the edges of the bhindi / lady finger on both side. Now cut them length wise from one side.
  • 2. Deep fried the bhindi / lady finger in medium flame. Drain and keep aside. Again heat oil in a pan.
  • 3. Add fennel seeds, black mustard seeds, onion seeds / kalonji,fenugreek seeds and hing / asafoetida to crackle.Add ginger paste and saute for 1 - 2 mins.
  • 4. In a bowl take 2 tbsp hang curd,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt and mix well.
  • 5. Add this curd mixture in a pan. After one mins add fried bhindi / lady finger.
