Wash and boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker with one cup of waterOnce cooled peel the skin and fry in a panKeep aside.

Dry roast the coriander seeds,cumin seeds and whole red chilly and make a powder or crush itDeep fry the finely chopped onion and strain it.

Heat oil in a pan,add ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins.Add fried potato,fried and crushed onion,crushed and roasted whole red chilly,whole cumin seeds,whole coriander seeds,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,kashmiri red chilly powder and mix well.

Also add fresh cream and curd and mix wellAdd salt and green chilly and mix well.

Cover it and cook in a low flame for five mins.Garnish with green coriander leaves.Serve hot with chapati
