  • 1. Wash the rice and cook in a rice cooker.Heat clarified butter in a pan,add cumin seeds to crackle now add spinach and cook for 30 seconds.
  • 2. Add peas, capsicum and carrot and mix it well,also add salt,black pepper and garam masala powder and cook for few minutes. Now add cooked rice and mix it well. Serve hot with raita.
