Ingredients For Gond ke laddoos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind the nuts In a grinder . Not in fine powder. Break the gond in a fine powder.
  • 2. Heat 1/2 cup ghee in a kadhai. Add gond in a batches and puffed like a corn. Cool down and make a fine powder with the help of rolling pin.
  • 3. Add remaining ghee in kadhai and add whole wheat flour. Roast on medium flame till golden brown in color or raw aroma goes out. Remove from heat and keep aside.
  • 4. Heat suger and water in a pan. Cook and make one thread consistency. Add roasted wheat flour, gond powder, Grinded nuts, khoya , grated coconut and cardamom powder. Mix every thing we'll.
  • 5. Stir continuously. When the mixture comes together off the flame. Cool down in room temperature and make laddoos . Keep it in air tight container.
