Ingredients For Hakka Noddle's Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, boil water, to boiling water add oil and salt to taste, to this boiling water add hakka noodles and cook it 70 percent.
  • 2. Now drain the water and pour cool water on hakka noodles ,leave hakka noodle in strainer for 2 hours and coat oil on noodles so it doesn't stick to each other,
  • 3. In a pan, take oil sautĂ© garlic paste, chilli paste, grated ginger ,onion, then cabbage,
  • 4. Now saute french beans and carrot,
  • 5. SautĂ© veggies to 60 percent,
  • 6. Now add black pepper powder,salt to taste to these veggies,
  • 7. Now switch off the flame ,add hakka noodles to this pan , add soya sauce ,garlic chili sauce and mix all well,
  • 8. Now switch on the flame and cook the hakka noodles for 5 minutes lastly add capsicum to it switch off the flame immediately,
  • 9. Serve hot this hakka noodles.
