When u place the tikki in the pan make sure its very hot as we need a crispy crust. If the mixture is sticky increase the quantity of besan or coat it with semolina. For a good twist add sweet yoghurt on the top of onions and beetroot with mint leaves. Note:hara bhara kababs can also be prepared with left over palak paneer.
