Smoothie bowls are a great choice for breakfast , because ,you get a balanced meal in the end. Plus side, smoothies have their fiber content . the idea of making a smoothie out of jamuns appered ,in my mind for the beautiful purple color it would be at the end. Jamun is a low-calorie and diabetic friendly fruit . I added Goodness of jamun-yogurt (Indian Blackcurrant/ Black Plum), topped with muesli, healthy seeds,berries –cherries and nuts .
