Ingredients For Kadai Vegetables ki Sabji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a kadai add oil shallow fry carrots, beans an cook till soft . Then take out.
  • 2. Then in the same kadai add ladies finger and parvar and brinjal shallow fry it till soft.
  • 3. Then remove it an keep aside. Then add bengal gram flour and mix well till light brown.
  • 4. Then add red chilli powder, dhanya powder, turmeric powder, amchoor powder, and mix well.
  • 5. Then add the grated tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and fry nicely.
  • 6. Then add the chopped spinach leaves and mix well . Then add all the vegetables and mix well and serve.
