In a bowl add wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1tsp oil and Mix every thing Well until you get coarse crumbs.

Add little water at a time And knead to make a Firm and smooth dough. Cover and keep aside.

In an another bowl mix sattu, ajwain, ginger, green chili, chopped onion, salt to taste, lemon juice, mustard oil and 2tbsp watermix well to combine all the ingredients.

If you find that Mixture is too dry Then add some little water to make a Lumpy Mixture.

Make medium sized balls from the prepared wheat flour dough and roll it like poori. Hold the poori between your palm and fill 1tbsp Sattu mixture into the poori.

Gather the sides of the poori and bring them together and Make ball. Press the ball gently to flatten it.

Preheat the gas tandoor and place the litti on wire rack. Cook it on high flame till golden brown are appear. Flip the littis another side and cook for another sometimes till another side also gets golden brown.
8.
Once done remove all litties from gas tandoor and dip it in ghee. Serve hot with baigan chokha and potato chokha.
