Methods
  • 1. Boil raw mango in pressure cooker with one cup of water for 4 - 5 minutes, once cooled, make a paste.
  • 2. Also boil the toor dal with two cup of water for 5 - 6 minutes.
  • 3. Wash and chop the tomato.
  • 4. Heat one tsp clarified butter in a pan.
  • 5. Add black mustard seeds,cumin seeds and green chilly now add raw mango paste,curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 6. Add chopped tomato,jaggery and ginger and mix it well. Now add boiled dal and turmeric powder and cook for five minutes.
  • 7. Turn off the flame.
