Add a little more salt than the usual one as the rotis tend to leave the starch in the water.

Methods
  • 1. Take a kadhai. Add oil to it. Add 3 tbsp of chopped garlic to it along with mustard seeds and jeera to it. Add chopped onions and green chillies. Saute for 2 mins
  • 2. After two minutes add chopped tomatoes and cover them for 2 mins. After 2 mins mix them well. At this stage tomato must be mushy.
  • 3. Add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder to it. Add 2 cups of water. Mix well
  • 4. Until the water boils tear the left over rotis inti small parts. Add them to kadhai after water boils. Add coriander leaves
  • 5. Mix them until the water evaporates. Once it is dry serve hot.
  • 6. Tasty and easy breakfast is ready.
