Ingredients For Masala Mamra Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and put 3 cups of puffed rice into it. Add water on top of it and let them be submerged in the water for 3-4 minutes.
  • 2. Take a kadhai add oil to it along with chopped onions to it. Add mustard seeds and jeera to it. Saute for a minute and add curry leaves and chopped green chillies to it. .
  • 3. Let them cook on medium. Until then strain the puffed rice. On top of the puffed rice add turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix well and keep aside.
  • 4. Now in the kadhai add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 30 seconds and add the soaked puffed rice to it and give it a good mix. Sprinkle salt as required.add 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice and your masala mamra is ready to eat. Serve hot.
