For the instant dosa premix churn all the flour in mixy and add buttermilk and water and give rest for 5 minutes

Now in a pan, heat pan then spread dosa,then after 2 minutes arrange onion, cabbage, tomato ,capsicum, beetroot,chilli sauce,garlic,mayonise, tomato sauce,salt to taste,masala ae magic and cook this gravy on dosa for 5-7 mintes.all veggies need to be finely chopped

Now spread this gravy on dosa entirely cook it for 5-7 minutes more.

Now scrap this gravy from dosa, take all the gravy from dosa,in a bowl.

Take dosa from pan to a dish, give it one cut from one side and roll it into a pyramid keep it aside.

Now place the empty matki on a burner, medium flame for 5-6 minutes ,then take it from burner ,then add ghee 1 tsp to it then place this gravy in matki

Then give live charcoal to this gravy in matki for 2 minutes,cover the matki

Then take charcoal from the matki,place this pyramid shaped dosa on it,upside down

Now grated cheese to dosa and sprinkle chopped coriander on dosa
