Ingredients For Mysore Pak Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan add in the besan and dry roast until slightly brown or golden.
  • 2. Once done sieve it and keep it aside.
  • 3. Take another heavy bottom pan pour in the sugar and 1/4 cup water and make sugar syrup of 1 string consistency.
  • 4. While preparing the sugar syrup simultaneously make the ghee besan batter. For that take one cup hot melted ghee in a bowl and add in the roasted besan. Mix well so that there are no lumps.
  • 5. Then pour the mixture in the prepared sugar syrup and mix continuously. Cook it for heat for 5 minutes pouring the rest 1/2 cup hot ghee.
  • 6. Cook until the ghee comes up from the corners.
  • 7. Transfer it in a greased square mold, cover with a cling wrap and let it set.
  • 8. Your delicious mysore pak made with shudh ghee is ready to serve.
