When i received this beautiful hamper from @gotochefofficial and @quaker_india was really happy with its bright colour. Wanted to make something yummy since oats doesn't sound tempting to all. And this pack was perfect since it had two types of flavour mix - 3 sachets of homestyle masala and 1 sachet of tangy tomatoes. If one uses these sachets while making oats we do not need to add any other masalas/spices, except just a bit of salt to taste for the vegetables added! Have used few vegetables, 1 cup oats and mix of both the flavour mix. Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They’re a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Studies show that oats and oatmeal have many health benefits. These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease. So would recommend all to make oats as a part of one of your meals in a day!
Flavour mixs also have salt so be careful while adding salt.
